CABLE HARNESS MANUFACTURING

RayService has been constantly advancing cable harness manufacturing since the company foundation in 1994.

RayService can produce your cable harness accurately to your requirements or we can offer our design capabilities to you and make out cable design, its optimization, prototype production, installation, parameters verification and finally a serial production.

RayService is equipped with technology for single-part and serial production of cable harnesses: cutting and stripping machines, printing equipment and laser marking wires and cables, manual and automatic crimping machines, tooling for processing the wide range of connectors, equipment for heat treatment of shrinkable materials, cabling tester with testing voltage up to 1,500VDC, tester of crimped connections and others.

RayService's manufacturing capabilities in the electromechanical assemblies area offer full turnkey systems or kits, 100% tested assemblies, manufacturing based on ISO-9000 quality standards, first-quality subcontractors for raw materials, machined parts, plating, painting, PCB fabrication, a wide range of marking and labeling, engineering evaluation, first articles and quick turn-around.

CABLE HARNESS ENGINEERING SERVICES

The RayService engineering department has many years of combined experience. A large percentage of this experience is directly related to the military and industrial harness applications.

This experience allows us to not only work in tune with our customers' engineering departments, but to actually anticipate their design problems and provide accurate and cost-effective solutions.

RayService offers the flexibility to meet your design requirements and offers the complete cable harness lifecycle solution from design and prototyping to manufacturing and repair and warranty. RayService performs the complete design including on-site evaluation and re-engineering if necessary.

CABLE COMPONENT PROCUREMENT

RayService is experienced in cable components distribution. Our close business relationship with their main producers like Tyco Electronic and ITT Cannon complement our strengths in cable harness manufacture.

In our strong portfolio of cable harness components you can find a large choice of electric installation material that we partly use in our production and partly supply to the customers manufacturing cable harnesses by themselves.
