HUBER+SUHNER airborne communication solutions are used in fighter jets, helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and high-altitude airships and aircraft worldwide, due to their proven reliability and durability.

Gimbal - flexible microwave cable assemblies

The constant motion of a seeker head, coupled with the extreme acceleration and environment of airborne missions, requires the highest performing microwave cable assemblies available.

Microwave cable assemblies for radar

A large proportion of today's generation of radars use a phased array or active electronically steered array (AESA) architecture to improve reliability and accuracy, and to allow tracking of multiple targets.

Cables and connectors for marine environments

HUBER+SUHNER connectors, cable assemblies and protection devices are designed to withstand the harsh environments encountered aboard a ship or submarine. Its designs meet the military requirements for salt fog testing and custom sealing designs, using o-rings, and/or glass seals, and are also available for the most extreme conditions, particularly within confined spaces, where the risk of fire or hazardous smoke is a particular concern.

Combat vehicles contain a large variety of land-based communications equipment, navigational aids, jammers and satellite communications hardware, working between 1MHz and 6GHz at any time. HUBER+SUHNER's vast majority of equipment sets new standards in regards to isolation requirements between different channels to avoid interferences and to guarantee trouble-free operation of the equipment.
