Evans Capacitor Company exhibited at the Defence Innovation Days conference, hosted by the South Eastern New England Defense Industry Alliance (SENEDIA). The event was an excellent opportunity to interact with the policy makers and leaders in the armed services.
Under Secretary of Defense, Frank Kendall and Ranking member of the Armed Services Committee, Senator Jack Reed visited the Evans Capacitor Company booth during SENEDIA, Defense Innovation days.
Both Senator Reed and Secretary Kendall discussed the need for new and revolutionary technologies during their addresses to the conference focused on innovation. Both were very interested to learn of Evans Capacitor, a small company manufacturing such products, and to learn how EVANSCAPS are an enabling technology in many of today’s advanced DOD programmes.
