POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE (PTFE) CONVOLUTED TUBING

Our lightweight, flexible PTFE tubing offers excellent abrasion protection for wire harnesses, tubing, hose and cables. Manufactured from a variety of materials, our tubing can be used in a wide range of environments, and is produced to MIL-T-81914 / variants 1-6 specifications in both standard (/1) and extra flexible (/2).

A high, 260ºC continuous-use temperature rating, and outstanding resistance to chemicals, makes PTFE convoluted tubing ideal for military applications.

PTFE convoluted tubing is UL 94 V0 flame-rated, offers excellent dielectric strength and a low friction-coefficient, does not support combustion, and is ETO and autoclave sterilizable. This military specification wire-loom is available in standard and extra-flexible varieties.

POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE (PTFE) HEAT-SHRINK TUBING

PTFE heat-shrink tubing is available in 2:1 and 4:1 shrink ratios. It is widely used in military applications (MIL-I-23053/12) because of its high continuous-use temperature rating (250°C) and outstanding chemical resistance.

NOMEX® BRAIDED SLEEVING

Highly flame-retardant, Nomex® braided sleeving provides cables with thermal protection and high abrasion-resistance, and is compliant with O-S-1926, MIL-H-5606, MIL-L-7808, MIL-A-8243 and ASTM G-21 standards.

THERMASHIELD BRAIDED SLEEVING

THERMASHIELD ASTM-D350 and FMV-SS302 flame-retardant braided sleeving creates a buffer between cables, wires or hoses, and their high-temperature environments. It complies with O-S-1926, MIL-H-5606, MIL-L-7808 and MIL-A-8243 standards.

NYLON® MULTIFILAMENT BRAIDED-SLEEVING

Nylon® Multifilament (NM) braided sleeving meets MIL-I-47203(MI) and MIL-S-47053(MI) specifications, and is perfect for improving wires and cables' appearance.

F6 FR BRAIDED SLEEVING

F6 FR braided wrap-around sleeving is ideal for a wide range of cable-management needs. It complies with UL VW-1, ASTM D-792, ASTM D-4157, ASTM G-21, MIL-A-8243, MIL-H-5606 and O-S-1926 standards.

KEVLAR® SLEEVING

Kevlar® (KV) soft, flexible sleeving protects wires, hoses and wire harnesses from extreme environmental conditions. KV meets O-S-1926, MIL-H-5606, MIL-L-7808, MIL-A-8243 and ASTM G-21 specifications.

RYTON® BRAIDED SLEEVING

Ryton® (RY) expandable braided-sleeving is used in high-temperature wire harnesses and cable assemblies. RY meets O-S-1926, MIL-H-5606, MIL-L-7808, MIL-A-8243 and ASTM G-21 specifications.

TEFLON® BRAIDED SLEEVING

Teflon® (TF) expandable braided-sleeving is ideal for military applications, meeting ASTM D-2256, ASTM D-4157, ASTM D-638, ASTM D-792, ASTM D-570, O-S-1926, MIL-H-5606, MIL-L-7808 and MIL-A-8243 specifications.

BENTLEY HARRIS BRAIDED SLEEVING

Bentley Harris' protective sleevings, heat shields, and wire-insulation products are all RoHS compliant, ISO 14001 and TS16949 certified, and meet ASTM D-2117, ASTM E-1354, MIL-DTL-23053E and MIL-I-23053 standards.

YELLOW JACKET® FIVE-CHANNEL CABLE PROTECTOR

Ultra heavy-duty Yellow Jacket® cable protectors are ideal for routing cables through heavy-traffic, high-abrasion areas. Constructed of durable, UV-stabilized polyurethane with reinforced fiberglass hinge pins, Yellow Jacket cable protectors can accommodate five cables, and withstand a weight load of 20,150lbs/axle, at an average 70ºF operating temperature.
