DC/AC INVERTERS

Our COTS DC/AC IPS series Mil-Spec pure sine wave inverters offer 12VDC to 72VDC inputs and outputs from 300W to 5,000W at 110VAC to 220VAC. The 300W to 5,000W IPS series meets MIL-STD-810E and MIL-STD-461E. These inverters are currently in use with the US Army, powering advanced battlefield computers in a command and control environment.

DC POWER SUPPLIES

Our COTS PWS Series Mil-Spec power supplies can produce stable, clean 12VDC to 30VDC power from a user-selectable 110VAC to 220VAC power source. Outputting up to 52A in a watertight case, this unit can also offer a battery charger version with a three-bank load splitter and a temperature-compensated charging sensor.

SOLAR BATTERY CHARGER

Our SolarMax battery charger controls solar energy sources to your batteries in off-grid applications. True Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) allows you to maximize your solar exposure by offering up to an unbelievable 97% efficiency; you get 20% to 40% more power at lower cost.

SolarMax provides up to 100A output current rating. Nominal battery voltages are 0VDC to 72VDC, with PV open-circuit voltage as high as 150VDC.

SEALED CONTACTORS

Our hermetically sealed contactors can switch voltages from 12VDC / VAC to 750VDC / VAC at currents from 150A to 225A. Coil voltages are available from 12VDC to 120VDC, and 120VAC to 240VAC.

Our contactors meet UL1604 for Class I and II, Div 2 and Class III for use in hazardous locations, SAE J1171 for external ignition protection and ISO8846 for protection against ignition around flammable gases. These units are perfect for ground power systems.

LITHIUM ION BATTERY CHARGER

The LIDC600 COTS DC/DC battery charger is designed for use by the US Army for charging lithium-ion batteries from a 24VDC HMMWV power source. It can also be used as a stand-alone DC/DC converter, is designed to deliver 32VDC at up to 22A continuous to recharge batteries, and can output 28VDC when in bypass mode.
