UP Systems is part of the UP-Saxon group, which has executed over 50 projects, mainly for the military, power utilities, oil companies, aid organisations and major industrial and multi-national companies.

For the most part, the projects undertaken have covered the execution of civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works for power stations; distribution and transmission lines; dry docks; foundry plants; pumps; wastewater and other utility equipment; and environmental projects.

Engineering for military power projects

UP Systems has delivered civil, mechanical and electrical engineering for a range of power and industrial projects. It has worked as both the main contractor and as a sub contractor.

UP Systems manufactures a range of military electrical goods, including containerised power supplies, packaged substations, LV panels and multi-purpose enclosures.

The company is a stockist and supplier of low-voltage, medium-voltage and high-voltage electrical equipment for defence applications.

Construction, fabrication, handling, measuring and testing of military electrical equipment

Our project, manufacturing and service activities are backed up by a large inventory of construction, fabrication, handling, measuring and testing equipment. Along with these facilities, we maintain a highly trained workforce based mainly in the UK, United Arab Emirates (UAE), India and Sudan, which is capable of being mobilised and, when necessary, boosted within a short period.

Electrical control and switchgear panels and multi-purpose containerised enclosures

At present, our manufacturing activities are conducted from two locations in the UAE, using an overall covered manufacturing space of 3,600m² and an open storage space of around 4,000m².

Various types of electrical control and switchgear panels are manufactured in one plant, while the other plant produces multi-purpose containerised enclosures.
