Project Support Vehicles was founded to address the three most important armoured vehicle consumer demands: security, value for money and quick delivery. Our philosophy is to produce no-frills armoured vehicles combining ballistic integrity and maximum utility so that you can accomplish your mission.

Project Support Vehicles approach also considers the long-term aspects of armoured vehicle operation. With this in mind, we have based our conversions on some of the toughest donor vehicles available today.

ARMOURED VEHICLE RANGE

PSV manufactures armouring solutions for small pickup trucks, full size SUVs, vans and small buses as well as heavy trucks, e.g. riot control vehicles and command centres.

The armouring level is adjusted to the customer's demands. All vehicles are available in levels B6, STANAG II or B7 (B7 / VR7 / NIJ IV 7.62 API rounds) including Dragunov protection.

PSV specialises in higher armouring solutions than is usual within the civilian market. We specialise in armouring vehicles for the high-risk areas of the world.

TRUCK SHIELD – LEVEL B6 / B7 ARMOURED TRUCK

The PSV Truck Shield is a tractor and optional semi trailer with a capacity of either two 20in or one 40in container designed for transportation services or material supplies. The effective ballistic protection and the standard external appearance make the PSV Truck Shield suited to commercial transportation services or troop re-supply duties on such routes as Jordan to Iraq.

VARIO SHIELD – LEVEL B6 / B7 ARMOURED BUS

The PSV Vario Shield, with a capacity of 11 persons, is a bus designed for commercial or troop transportation where it is important to maintain a discreet visual appearance. The Vario Shield is constructed using ballistic materials. Should a suicide bomber board the bus and detonate an explosion, the blast is directed outwards as the external walls, roof and floor of the sluice section remain un-armoured. The PSV Vario Shield is also a suitable solution to security concerns of commercial and school bus operations in places suffering from great political unrest.

ARMOURED PICK-UP TRUCK

The PSV Hilux Shield is designed for secure, low profile armoured transportation. The effective ballistic protection and normal external appearance make the PSV Hilux Shield a truly versatile and indispensable piece of equipment.

In addition to the standard PSV Hilux Shield, the anti-riot version is designed for secure anti riot missions. A double water cannon is mounted on the roof with remote control from the co-driver seat to use the water cannon precisely and safe from the cabin.

ARMOURED LAND CRUISERS

Armoured Toyota Land Cruisers feature extreme heavy-duty tires, reinforced pillars posts and hinges, door-centring wedges and supports on all doors and a runflat system on all wheels. The floor is armoured to defeat two simultaneously detonated DM51 grenades per m².

ARMOURED LIMOUSINES

PSV provides armoured limousines based on the new Mercedes S-Class W221 and S500L. The centre stretched armoured limousine is based on the latest S-Class (W221). This limousine is equipped with a partition wall which separates the VIPs from the driver. The rear compartment is equipped with high end DVD and TV-monitors. Luxury materials have been used to improve the original interior design.

Due to our experience in supplying individual customer built armoured vehicles and the demand for spare parts all over the world, PSV has become one of the leading suppliers for armouring spare parts. Our product range includes glass sets for different brands and models as wear and tear parts for normal service purposes with a quick delivery time wherever they are needed.

Accessories for armoured cars include exterior equipment (such as explosion proof fuel tanks and runflat systems), battery and engine accessories (armoured batteries, turbo and supercharger kits), interior equipment (window lifters, GPS, floor protection) and communications systems and jammers.
