Overseas Lease Group originates leases for non-armored and armored vehicles, orders and arranges shipping and delivery to lessee’s destination, provides for the insurance coverage of vehicles and supervises servicing the leases and maintenance of vehicles through optional programs. In addition, Overseas Lease Group provides Western style documents, which are adapted for use in multiple countries, and allows OLG to finance the transactions with US and European-based institutions.

ARMORED / NON-ARMORED VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT CUSTOMIZABLE LEASE TYPES AND CONDITIONS

The company’s fleet finance / open-end lease establish a lease end value of the vehicle at the lease inception. Options include:

• Lease end option – lease end options available to lessee
• Extend the term of the lease
• Lessee can purchase the vehicle
• Turn-in of the vehicle to the lessor at a pre-designated address, and lessor will sell the vehicle / equipment and apply the sale proceeds to the stated end value

An operational / closed-end lease is also available, which specifies that the vehicle is returned to the lessor upon the conclusion of the lease. The following items and their costs may be included in the monthly lease rate:

• Special equipment such as navigational and tracking device systems
• Transport costs
• Parts kits

Vehicle leases from OLG are standard Western style documents, which are adapted for use in multiple countries and allow OLG to finance transactions with US and European-based institutions. Vehicles are delivered road-ready and allowable mileage is customizable. Vehicles may be utilized under the same lease in different countries and under different projects. Lease solutions and structures are flexible to meet the client's needs.

ARMORED AND NON-ARMORED VEHICLES MAINTENANCE AND INSURANCE PLANS

The manufacturer’s warranty is available in most countries as are preventative maintenance plans. Mechanical, body and armor repairs are also available.

For remote areas, on-site preventative maintenance packages may be provided with the vehicle at delivery with the costs included in the lease price.
