Milfoam International has been awarded a contract to provide their modern barrel cleaning solution to Yuma Proving Ground (YPG). Milfoam scores ten out of ten on the following three main benefits:

Milfoam provides a complete barrel cleaning system for all kind of firearms. The system is based on a patented foam technology and NATO approved chemicals and lubricants for Artillery, Mechanized units, Infantry, Navy and Air Force.
US Army YPG selected and commended Milfoam’s large calibre cleaning package for 105-155mm barrels, commenting: “This Cleaning package has reduced the initial required manpower by nearly 75%. Milfoam delivered its range of products for 25mm, 105mm, 120mm and 155mm guns in January 2008.
This sale has also highlighted the cooperation agreement between Milfoam International Limited in the UK and CLP Systems AB in Sweden. Joining forces and product lines has created an overall and complete barrel-cleaning portfolio ranging from field to arsenal maintenance. This collaboration allows customers to procure a bespoke cleaning package dependent on their requirements.
The Finnish Defence Forces have been using Milfoam cleaning equipment since 2005 and have found the 155mm artillery guns to be in much better condition.
Since 2006, the Canadian artillery has been using Milfoam Foam Cleaning technology in Afghanistan to keep their guns operational for longer periods.
Major weapon manufacturers such as BAE Systems are using the Heavy Barrel System for cleaning new gun barrels after proofing tests.
