WIBE - Telescopic Mast SystemsWIBE possesses 60 years' experience in the design and manufacture of telescopic mast systems. WIBE telescopic mast systems are suitable for all standard and customized masts between 2m and 30m high, and therefore designed to meet every demand. WIBE telescopic mast systems provide mobility, rapid and reliable elevation, transport and operational assist technology, and a full range of antenna positioners. Its position as a major supplier to the US Army proves that WIBE has an established reputation for quality and reliability in all conditions. TM210 TELESCOPIC MAST SYSTEMThe TM210 telescopic mast system is a compact and rugged electric-powered telescopic mast system for land surveillance and reconnaissance vehicles. It possesses a stable elevated platform for heavy sensor packages. The TM210 telescopic mast system is made of extruded hexagonal aluminium alloy tubes of progressively smaller size and tracked telescopic action, with stainless steel fittings. The sections move inside each other on plastic guideways. These provide the masts with excellent torsional resistance. The mast is elevated by an electric motor. The other sections are hoisted by steel cables. No additional staying is required, and the mast is equipped with a hand crank backup. TM128 / 15-2.9 TELESCOPIC MAST SYSTEMThe battlefield-proven WIBE TM128 / 15-2.9 telescopic mast system has been upgraded to meet the increased demand of the US army HCLOS radio's new high-capacity BAND III + HCLOS antenna. The WIBE TM128 / 15-2.9 telescopic mast system is made of extruded hexagonal and circular aluminium alloy tubes, with screwed on / rivetted fittings in stainless steel. The sections move inside each other on plastic guideways. The space between the sections contains the wire ropes. The mast is painted with IR resistant military dark green colour. A separate baseplate is provided. The mast is elevated with a hand crank drive. The mast is stayed at three levels, each with four stays. They are connected to the stay anchors by means of stay winders. The winch can be easily de- and reattached. The TM128 / 15-2.9 telescopic mast system is rotatable and can be locked to any position by means of a turning lever and a spike driven into the ground. WIBE PULLOUT ASSIST MECHANISM (PAM)The unique WIBE Pullout Assist Mechanism (PAM) allows a crew of two operators to quickly and safely deploy heavily-loaded telescopic mast systems. PAM's main components are inner and outer square tubes, a friction clutch, and a clamp for holding the mast. The outer square tube is used to mount the assembly to the shelter wall of the transport vehicle roof. The inner square tube is connected to the mast clamp by a spring loaded friction clutch and is extended or retracted by means of roller wheels. The outboard and inboard movement of the inner square tube is contained by a spring-loaded retaining catch and a screw lock. MECPAM TELESCOPIC MAST SYSTEMThe MecPAM is ideal for larger masts, particularly the TM170 range and above. Its electric-powered movement control and manual crank backup ensures safe, speedy and precise deployment and recovery of your mast. NATO TM 150 / 20-4.9 TELESCOPIC MAST SYSTEMThe new NATO TM150 / 20-4.9 telescopic mast system is equipped with all the high qualities of a WIBE telescopic mast. The antenna bar directioner kit provides a ±360° azimuth and ±10° elevation aiming of two line-of-sight antennas. The TM 150 / 20-4.9 telescopic mast system is integrated with the NATO shelter by using a PAM transport and operational system. WIBE MOBILE SITE PORTABLE TELESCOPIC MASTThe WIBE Mobile Site is ideal for temporary communication sites where high capacity for demanding headload and sailarea are required. WIBE Mobile Site is a heavy duty portable telescopic mast kit fitted to all ISO containers. Thanks to the unique out-rigger system for guying of the mast, no site preparation is required. WIBE Mobile Site is a highly versatile mast system capable of providing quick and cost-effective solutions to modern day communication requirements. These include temporary cellular phone antenna mast sites, restoration of disaster area communications and temporary cellular phone capacity increases to accommodate athletic and political event requirements. Military and law-enforcement applications are also envisioned.
