Radiall is the premier innovator of antenna products for a wide variety of military and defense applications including: handheld radio, man-pack radio, unmanned aerial vehicles, unmanned ground vehicles, unattended ground sensors, GPS, low-power base stations and other antennas in support of the digital battlefield.

Our associates are responsible for the design, development and production of technologically advanced antenna products serving both the United States and allied military and defense markets.

Radiall is an ISO 9001; 2000 certified production facility, with the capacity to produce over two million antennas annually. As a result of worldwide relationships, advanced supply chain management and close cooperation with our customers, we are able to explore broader value-added projects.

CUSTOM APPLICATIONS

With over 500 standard antennas deliverable from stock or used as a design basis for special customer modifications, Radiall can quickly satisfy most antenna requirements. Years of experience in complex design projects has given Radiall a special ability to work closely with customers to quickly determine technical antenna solutions quickly. Radiall has a staff of electrical and mechanical engineers ready to work directly with customer engineers to come to final antenna solutions quickly.

HF ANTENNAS

Radiall has products available to cover the 1.8MHz to 30MHz HF band. These antennas are ideal for long range communications for both military and homeland security requirements.

VHF ONE-METER TACTICAL BLADE ANTENNA WITH GOOSENECK

One-meter blade antennas with flexible gooseneck assembly cover the VHF frequency band from 30MHz to 108MHz. They are water resistant to beyond 20m and ideal for man-pack and handheld radios.

FULLY OVERMOLDED BROADBAND ANTENNA

Fully over molded broadband antennas cover a wide range of frequencies from 25MHz to 3GHz. The antennas have a flexible, rugged whip construction and are ideal for handheld military and homeland security radios.

RFID PANELS

RFID is being increasingly adopted by military logistics and supply centers for cargo tracking and supply chain management. Radiall has developed a range of RFID panels.

RADOME OMNIS

Radome Omnis are available covering the 2.4GHz to 6.0GHz frequency range with up to 13dBi gain. Other frequencies and gains are also available. Radiall's Radome Omnis have a variety of connector options available and are mast or wall-mount bracket mounted. They are ideal for military networking applications.

BROADBAND VEHICLE MOUNT ANTENNAS

Broadband vehicle-mount antennas have a rugged design and a spring-loaded base, making them ideal for vehicles used in rugged terrain. Vehicle mount antennas cover 30MHz to 3GHz with power handling capabilities that can exceed 500W CW.

BROADBAND MANPACK ANTENNAS

Broadband man-pack antennas cover broad frequency ranges of between 30MHz to 3000MHz. Their rugged design and unique pivot features make them ideal for military and homeland security man-pack radios.

STEALTH BLADE ANTENNAS

Compact stealth blade antennas are ideal for discrete and covert applications. They cover a variety of frequencies between 400MHz and 3.0GHz.

GPS ANTENNAS

Radiall has a line of GPS antennas including L1, L2 and INMARSAT frequency bands. These designs are both active and passive. The active designs can be optimised to run from a variety of DC voltages and can be customized to be internal or externally mounted to any system.

Radiall Incorporates the latest development tools in RF simulation, testing, and mechanical design to enable us to quickly create robust and cost effective designs for our customers. Radiall is dedicated to the design of quality products and positive customer relationships. Our goal is to create a 'hands on' working relationship with each customer to assist in the concept, design and implementation of your solution

Each antenna design represents complex electrical and mechanical technologies. Special mechanical capabilities involve the use of plastics and ceramics in antenna design. All mechanical design output is documented in Solidworks® three-dimensional modelling software. This output can also be translated into most popular mechanical design formats. Zealand™ IE3D and Ansoft5 HFSS software are used to model antenna design electrical characteristics. Radiall uses both indoor anechoic chambers and outdoor area test sites to test and characterize antennas in their intended operating environments.

ITAR COMPLIANCE

With new regulations from the Defense and State Departments, Radiall is committed to being compliant with the requirements of the ITAR. From the securing of all controlled documents (electronic and hard copy), to maintaining a database of released personnel, we are dedicated to insuring the protection of our clients. Our operations are compliant with the export laws. Radiall believes in continuous training for all employees.
