Visitors to Singapore Airshow at Changi Exhibition Centre, Singapore from 16 to 19 February will be able to find out more about FAUN Trackway's suite of aerial landing solutions and how they can be used to aid military operations.

A leading manufacturer of aluminium roadways and runways, the company will be revealing one of its latest products, the containerised helipad which was launched at the Royal International Air Tattoo show last year.

The packaging solution is based on a 10ft ISO container which can be transported by helicopter enabling expeditionary, humanitarian and relief personnel to access all the equipment and tools necessary to build a helipad of varying sizes. The packaging is also available in 20ft and 40ft variants for longer helipads.

The container can then be used as an operational base when the helipad has been deployed. The container is fitted with power, air conditioning, and secure working and storage space. It can also be configured to include two sleeping spaces and can be used offshore.

Compatible with both the PSA-FT and PSA-FT R helipad variants, both designed and manufactured by FAUN Trackway to create stable, temporary landing surfaces, the modular structure enables the panels to be laid in varying configurations to accommodate different helicopters.

FAUN Trackway CEO Chris Kendall said: "Enabling defence operations in hard-to-reach locations, our products assist armed forces aerial capabilities across the world. This exhibition will enable us to engage with key military personnel and end users from South East Asia, helping to deliver solutions that truly meet their expeditionary needs."

FAUN Trackway will be exhibiting at stand M65B within the UK Pavilion.
